Top coat spraying: The top coat provides the decorative color required by aluminum veneer, protects the surface of alu- minum plate from the erosion of external environment atmo- sphere, acid rain and pollutants, prevents ultraviolet rays from penetrating, and enhances the anti-aging ability. The thickness of the top coat is generally 23 ~ 30um. Before spraying the top coat, the primer coating should be dried, and the workpiece temperature should not exceed 50 ℃ when spraying. If spray- ing on too hot workpiece, the coating surface will be rough. Finishing paint spraying: Finishing paint coating is also called varnish coating, the main purpose is to more effectively enhance the anti-external erosion ability of the paint layer, pro- tect the topcoat coating, increase the luster of the topcoat color, and make the appearance more bright and dazzling. The coating thickness is generally 5 ~ 10um.
